Is THC The Best Hangover Cure?
First things first: The hair of the dog is NOT a hangover cure that works. So don't do it. Here is why. You are only delaying the inevitable hangover and doing more damage to your body in the meantime. That means more empty calories, more dehydration, more lost vitamins and minerals and so on. While it might make you feel better in the short term, it will only lead you back where you are: hungover and hurting. Take the vodka out of a Bloody Mary and drink it. Or hell, drink two Marys. That way, you are getting good nutrition (veggie juice and water) without the alcohol that put you in such pain.
Fruit juice will help to naturally increase your body's energy. Studies have proven that it also increases the rate at which the body gets rid of toxins left in your body by alcohol. Fruit juice is also a great idea the next morning because it's high in minerals and nutrients that were depleted the night before because of alcohol's diuretic effect. A supplement high in vitamins, like a multi, are good as a wine hangover cure as well as wine is notorious for giving people horrible hangovers.

Big English Breakfast
A good, old-fashioned British tradition, where they love to party, when it comes to hangover cures. Get some sausage, eggs, bacon, toast and mushrooms, tomatoes or beans. Combine with fresh air and exercise by having it at a cafe, or if you’re up to buying the ingredients - maybe even prepared enough to stock them already - use dry cured bacon, free-range eggs and quality sausages. The combination of protein and carbohydrate is ideal for soaking up any excess alcohol in your system. Hey, like we said, the UK knows how to party, so listen to them. -
Rassol
Speaking of people who like to party, say hello to Russia: A favourite hangover cure in Russia is as follows: It’s basically very salty water that has been used to boil cabbage which is reputed to be very tasty, and a fail proof cure if you're Russian. So if your nana is Russian, go holler at her and see if she can make some up.
Lemons Cure Hangovers
The theory here is that lemons replace the lost vitamin C that alcohol takes away. They also seem to help keep you hydrated longer and prevent alcohol from robbing your body of too much water. Might be something too it. Or just click the link above to see what's up.
